Cover sheet for XD-0608 (PSH-A220)

This is a transparent plastic cover-sheet for an Intuos2 A5 tablet (model XD-0608). The upper surface has a roughness resembling that of paper. Also supplied is the double-sided tape with which the sheet fixes to the tablet. (Note: photo shows sheet for Intuos2 A4 Plus.)
