How to order

To order, just follow these simple instructions:

Click on the yellow In shopping basket button next to the product that you want to order. From the shopping basket, you can change the number of items you want to buy, remove an item altogether, or continue shopping if you want to add other items.
To complete your order, choose Register as a new customer or Login as existing customer.
After you've logged in, there are four steps to go through:
1. Check your order. You can still make changes.
2. Check your invoice and delivery addresses.
3. Select a payment method.
4. If you wish, you can add your own reference and/or comments.
Then click on the Confirm this order button.
If you chose an online payment method that involves paying online, then this is now presented.
Finally you receive the thank-you webpage, which contains the text: 'We have received your order'. You'll then receive an automated confirmation email; this contains a link allowing you to follow the status of your order.

Shipping:

We ship by a number of couriers (Parcelforce, UPS, and others). You can see an estimated delivery time against each product on this website; this will usually be either 1 working day or 2-3 working days depending on where the stock is held.
